Fat obtained from cat.3 poultry by-products according to Reg. CE 1069/2009. Fat of yellowish or light brown colour, obtained by a wet rendering process and high temperature separation, then washed and glossed by centrifugation. Used in the preparation of feed and petfood and in the oleochemical industry.
